What is Paleo?
Paleolithic diet has been referred to as “caveman diet, primal diet, hunter gatherer diet." Basically referring to all food pre-agriculture. Paleo diet is more of a lifestyle and way of eating. Focusing on healthy meats, seafoods, veggies, fruits, healthy fats (avocado, nuts, coconut oils, lard, tallow), limited amounts of natural sweeteners (honey, agave, maple syrup). With the elimination of processed foods, sugars, grains, legumes, dairy, soy, expeller pressed oils (vegetable oils).
Where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver to (and you may pick up from) CrossFit Bell, CrossFit Dynamix and CrossFit Queens in Astoria. We also deliver to home residences.

What days of the week do you deliver?
We deliver on Mondays at 6pm and Thursdays at noon to Crossfit Dynamix and Crossfit Queens.
House deliveries take place on Mondays and Wednesdays between 5pm-8pm.( if ordering less than $100 dollars worth of meals please PURCHASE a HOME DELIVERY FEE $10 in the Menu this will complete your order otherwise you will be refunded.
When is the cut-off time to place my order?
For a Monday delivery, your order must be place by the previous Saturday at 10pm.
For a Thursday delivery, your order must be placed by Tuesday at 10pm.
What are the reheating instructions?
All meals are fully cooked and for convenience, can be heated in the microwave for 3 min. Or if you have more time, preheat oven to 350 degrees, remove food from the plastic container and place contents in a oven safe container and heat for 10 min.
How long can I keep my meals in the refrigerator?
Depending on the meal, you can typically keep it refrigerated for up to 5 days. We recommend purchasing multiple times during the week so meals don't sit for more than 2 or 3 days!
Where do your ingredients come from?
Paleo With Love sources all ingredients from local organic farms in the NYC area. Meats are also sourced locally and are grass feed and finished.
Do you offer meal plans?

All meals have the nutritional breakdown within the description of the meal.
Do you offer Vegetarian or Vegan meals?
Not at this time.
